According to the Social Progress Index, the USA was ranked 70th out of 132 nations for quality of health and wellness, but the US has the highest costs for healthcare per capita of any country in the world. Chronic diseases are present in epidemic proportions of the US population and are primarily responsible for the poor global health rating of the US. For example the US Center For Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) estimates that there are more than 300,000 new cases of Lyme Disease in the US every year. Cardiovascular disease is still the number one killer in the US with approximately 500,000 deaths per year and more than 200,000 coronary bypass graft surgeries per year. Cancer deaths in the US are gaining on, and are expected to soon overtake, cardiac-related deaths. Chronic dementia, autism and other neuro-degenerative diseases in the USA are also increasing at alarming rates. Integrative medicine has MANY excellent solutions to reverse and to prevent these chronic illnesses.
This Conquering Chronic Diseases conference will devote a full day to the successful integrative care for cardiovascular diseases and a simultaneous full-day session for integrative Lyme treatment (including coinfections). Also, two full days will be devoted to the successful integrative care of cancer patients, and there will be a simultaneous two-day session on the neuro-regeneration treatment for dementia, autism and other chronic neuro-degenerative diseases. You will not want to miss attending this four-in-one conference, so register now since seating is limited.
This conference is approved for 21 Continuing Education credits through Westbrook University. It is the responsibility of each attendee to determine if these credits will fulfill the requirements of their respective state licensing boards. The additional cost to attendees for the CE Certificate will be $50.
